Refund and Auto-Bill Policy

1. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are charged at the time of booking. If you cancel your consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may request a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

2. Treatment Plans and Subscriptions

Some treatment plans are offered on a subscription or recurring billing basis. By enrolling in a treatment plan, you authorize Hormone Therapy RX to charge your payment method on the agreed billing cycle, which may be monthly, quarterly, or as otherwise stated at the time of enrollment.

You will be notified of your billing date and the amount to be charged in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains current and valid.

3. Auto-Bill Authorization

By providing your payment information and enrolling in a recurring plan, you expressly authorize Hormone Therapy RX to automatically bill your credit card, debit card, or other payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Auto-billing continues until you cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

4. Cancellation of Recurring Plans

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

Cancellations submitted after that window will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan through the end of the paid period.

5. Medication and Pharmacy Orders

Once a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy and the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Compounded medications are prepared specifically for you and cannot be returned or resold.

If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will work with the pharmacy to resolve the issue.

6. Refunds for Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We will review the transaction and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a refund within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of your account and access to services. We encourage you to reach out directly — most billing concerns can be resolved quickly.

8. Price Changes

Hormone Therapy RX reserves the right to adjust pricing for plans and services. If your subscription price changes, you will be notified at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
